You Let Me Fall

Sheer, raw vent (venty vent vent) art, and essentially this was my attempt to get out some of the frustration and heartbreak I've felt behind the scenes over the past few months with a certain individual, that was once my other half.

And so, if you look closely at this, you can see the many layers of words rifling across this piece. I'd hoped to capture that feeling of thoughts running relentlessly through your mind, those unanswered questions and painful truths (both revealed or so close to reality that may as well have already happened) that refuse to let you sleep, or even those things you may find yourself muttering over and over in the midst of that lonely, sometimes hopeless falling feeling.

Once I finished it, though, I felt worlds better. Nothing is "fixed," per se, but I feel more at peace after I finished this, and I also believe it may be the best piece of digital artwork I've ever made, so far.

This one means a lot to me, and if you can relate to some of these feelings of disappointment (at varying degrees) I tried to convey in this drawing, then I've been successful in creating something you can relate to, as well.
